		The HERBOLD Meckesheim GmbH has extended in 2003 her range of products by a new class slowly of running granulators. The HGM-Granulator is a comminution machine which the advantages of a granulators (Chop up by reaping with knives, suitable for relatively small sieve punchings) and of a Shredders (insensitively against foreign body, dull cut corner, work with decreased speed) unites. He serves for the comminution of difficult, especially tough or materials with which customary shredders have too short knife state times and cannot generate normal Shredder the desired end product. The Granulator can be used in the wet company as well as in the dry company.
		As application examples are to be called: prechopped up used tyre bottles from the domestic waste metal-reinforced elastic parts or plastic parts Shredder waste from the car recycling . From constructive view is more massive of the Granulator than normal granulators and Shredders is laid out: the heavy rotor is equipped with moved knives (cf. lower picture); the extremely dickwandige meal space is armour-plated inside completely with replaceable wear records. The centrally divided, case hydraulically to be opened simplifies the access for servicing work and cleansing work.
